Follow Up

Knocking off the pounds rapidly can be done best by good circuit training and a few stretches. Circuit training involves all the fat burning exercises. It has enough variety to keep you interested long enough. How ever, it is most effective when done with a partner as it helps you get into the rhythm much better and faster.

You can start off with a mild jog for about fifteen minute. You can make it ten minutes if you are a beginner. It doesn’t matter if you’re not too fast for the first ten minutes. But for the closing five minutes, you will have to run your best. When it comes to jogging, the finishing is most important. You will have to finish it with full steam.

Take a three-minute break till you just about catch your breath. Now your body and calf will be warm enough to do a nice sprint. Approximately mark about fifty meters. Sprint as hard as you can for the fifty meters and return by a slow jog. Repeat this for five times.
